About Me

I am a Trainer, Researcher, Entrepreneur, and Mindset Coach working at the intersection of Islamic knowledge, psychology, human behavior, and practical life coaching.

My work is rooted in one core mission:
helping people understand themselves and transform their lives through knowledge, faith, and practical intervention.

Early Journey: A Life Built Around Books

My journey began at the age of twelve when books, literature, poetry, and writing became my closest companions.

I spent years reading, writing, participating in debates, and contributing to academic and literary spaces. These early experiences developed my core strengths in:

  • Writing
  • Research
  • Communication
  • Critical thinking

This foundation shaped everything I do today.

Islamic Studies & Service at Al-Noor International

After completing my graduation in Computer Sciences, I pursued Islamic education at Al-Noor International, where I spent 4.5 years studying Islamic sciences.

During this time, I completed:

  • Taleem-ul-Quran
  • Advanced Diploma in Islamic Studies Subjects

I had the honor of learning directly from Ustazah Nighat Hashmi, along with senior scholars and teachers who shaped my understanding of knowledge, discipline, and character.

Alongside my studies, I served in multiple organizations including:

  • Lahore Youth Club
  • Islamic Online University (IOU) under Dr. Bilal Philips

I worked in various roles such as:

  • Public Relations Manager
  • Events Head
  • City Lead
  • Social Media Manager
  • Volunteer Head
  • HR & Academic Coordination

This gave me hands-on experience in leadership, communication, and organizational development.

Writing, Da’wah & Intellectual Work (2010–2016)

Between 2010 and 2016, I actively worked in writing, research, and da’wah.

I started my WordPress blog in 2010 and published 100+ articles on topics including:

  • Faith and belief systems
  • Atheism and intellectual discourse
  • Islamic worldview and contemporary challenges

During this period, I also studied under scholars including:

  • Hamza Tzortzis
  • Imran Hussein

This phase strengthened my ability to engage with modern ideological challenges in a structured and research-based way.

Psychology & Human Behavior (2017 onwards)

Although my academic background began in Computer Science, my lifelong interest in human behavior led me to pursue BS Psychology.

  • Neuroscience-based understanding of behavior

This phase became a bridge between Islamic knowledge and modern behavioral science.

I am a certified trainer and licensed practitioner in multiple internationally recognized boards:

Specialized Work: Addiction Recovery Coaching

In 2019 and 2022, I completed specialized training in Pornography Addiction Recovery Coaching through Aware Academy Australia, under Sheikh Wael Ibrahim.

This allowed me to work deeply with sensitive behavioral challenges affecting individuals and families.

Today, I work as a coach and trainer in this field, specifically supporting women dealing with:

  • Behavioral addictions
  • Emotional struggles
  • Relationship challenges
  • Shame-based psychological patterns

Teaching, Coaching & Training Work

Since 2017, I have been actively coaching and training women in personal development, parenting, emotional healing, and mindset transformation.

My work includes:

  • Parenting & homeschooling training
  • Islamic life coaching
  • NLP and coaching certification programs
  • Public speaking and communication training

I also provide public speaking training for speakers and content creators, helping them develop clarity, confidence, and structured communication.

Additionally, I teach students of Fuqaha / religious institutes (madaris) in structured communication and speech development.

My Core Philosophy

My work is built on one belief:

Human transformation happens when knowledge, faith, and practical intervention come together.

I do not believe in theory without practice. I believe in structured transformation that leads to real change in thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

Beyond Work: My Personal Life

Alongside my professional journey, I am a homeschooling mother who has consciously chosen to educate my children at home.

I also enjoy:

  • Cooking daily meals at home
  • Stitching and designing my own clothes
  • Makeup and skincare
  • Gardening and caring for plants
  • Raising pets (my pet has even given birth to babies)
  • Staying updated with personal grooming and lifestyle interests

Despite a highly structured professional life, I am naturally calm, grounded, and cool-headed in my personality.

These personal interests keep me balanced, creative, and connected to everyday life beyond work.
